Day 2 done. Only had 30min and did 8 rounds of tabata circuits, alternating upper and lower then abs. At first I felt weird sprinting outside of work since I already got a bunch of dirty looks before I even got started. But whatever, they can stay cool and complacent and complain inside about how their lives suck and blah blah blah Jen is always working out etc. but I’m gonna bust my ass for what I want, not bitch/moan. I. HATE. CARDIO. But I’m gonna learn to love the very thing I hate. #trainpastthepain
