PUMPKIN PROTEIN PANCAKES
1 scoop @cellucor cinnamon swirl (or other whey of your choice)
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1tbsp baking powder
1/2 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (can be adjusted to make cakes thinner or thicker)
2 egg whites
Cinnamon, stevia & pumpkin pie spice (optional noms).
Cook with patience on medium heat. I topped with bananas and more cinnamon, as well as Walden Farms pancake syrup. Guaranteed happiness in tummy and taste buds.
